This is a private, heart-centered session designed to illuminate what is shifting beneath the surface of your life — and to give you the clarity, connection, and tangible support to actually move forward as the woman you are becoming.
This is not a coaching call. This is not a reading.
This is a sacred, intentional experience that blends intuitive guidance, reflection, ceremony, and embodied practice to help you access what you already know and trust what you find there.

What happens in
the ritual session..
Our 75 minutes are held with intention at every stage — not as a formula, but as a living container that meets you exactly where you are right now.
We begin in sacred space. Every session opens with an invocation — calling in your guides, your ancestral support, and the particular wisdom that is most alive for you in this moment. This is not a warm-up. This is the moment the session truly begins. You are not alone in this room.
We create the conditions for your truth to surface. Before anything is reflected back to you, you are given space to land. To speak what is present. To let what has been circling beneath the surface begin to rise. I listen beneath your words — for the threads, the patterns, the thing you keep circling back to. Nothing is forced. Nothing is fixed. We simply open the door.
I step in as your bridge. This is the heart of our time together. Once you are open and present, I bring through what I am receiving — the subtle themes, the energetic threads, the soul-level truth that is almost impossible to see when you are living inside your own story. I will tell you directly what I see. Not softened, not vague — clear, grounded, and offered with full love. You will likely recognize it the moment you hear it. That recognition is the clarity.
We move what wants to move. Where your body needs to shift something — a breath, a somatic moment, a practice — we follow it. This is not a fixed part of the session. It arises when it is needed, either to move something through in the moment or to crack open the door for deeper work later.
We close with something real. You leave with clear next steps — not a to-do list, but the one or two true things you are being called toward. A closing ritual to anchor the shift. And the knowledge of exactly which flower essences I will be blending for you, and why. The session ends. The work continues.
You will walk away knowing exactly what your next aligned steps are — not because I told you, but because you finally heard yourself say it.

Flower essences are gentle yet profoundly powerful vibrational remedies that work with your emotional body, your energetic field, and your nervous system to support the exact shift you are moving through. They do not override your process — they support it, softening what needs to soften and strengthening what needs to strengthen, gently and naturally over time.
Your blend will be shipped directly to your door along with a personal note detailing every essence chosen — what it is, why it was selected for you, and exactly how it will support your becoming.

Madeline
Of Root + Rose grew from my own lived return.
For years, I was the woman who held everything together. I did the healing work. I showed up. I over-functioned. I pushed through. And still, something felt disconnected. I wasn’t broken. I was just exhausted from living above the neck and outside my own rhythm.
My turning point wasn’t a more strategic approach. It was softness. Ritual. Learning to listen to my body instead of overriding it and remembering the woman underneath the roles.
This work was born from that remembering.
For nearly two decades, I’ve walked the path of feminine spirituality, somatic healing, flower essence therapy, and grounded transformation. I hold certifications and formal training, yes—but more than that, I hold lived experience. I know what it is to rebuild. To shed old identities. To choose differently.
Today, I guide projector women the way I wish I had been guided: with honesty, depth, perspective, and reverence for their sovereignty.

Is this a psychic reading?
This session includes intuitive insight and energetic reflection, but it is not about predicting your future or telling you what to do. It’s about helping you access clarity, recognize patterns, and hear your own guidance more clearly.
What should I bring to the session?
Bring a journal, pen, anything you would like to offer but mostly any questions you want to ask or things that are swirling around for you to work with and on.
What if I don't know exactly what my question is?
Most people have an idea, but if you have only a feeling, we can start with that. I find that once we open up space, what is most important rises to the surface. I can help discern what you are desiring help with, using some questions to get started.
Will you tell me what decision to make?
No, I will give you my honest opinion if asked but your choices are yours and ultimately, I trust your inner wisdom to know what action steps will require your attention in your life.
What happens after I book? Are there refunds?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with details on how to prepare and how to access the session. You’ll also be invited to share your focus theme beforehand so we can use our time intentionally. Due to the nature of this work I do not offer refunds.
Is this session recorded?
Typically no, but you will have a few things to walk away with that will be helpful. If you would really like to have your session recorded please let me know and we can discuss it.
